• This service is designed for customers with elaborate designs and for properties with walls that are not square. With this service templates are generally a must, which means that you will need two visits from the fitters, one to do the templates and one to fit the worktops.
• We endeavour to get a free quotation to you within 24 hours of receipt of your details without obligation.
• When you are happy with your design and have placed your order you will hear from one of our dedicated customer service team. They will manage your project through to completion and are with you every step of the way.
• Upon confirmation of your order a 30% deposit will be required. A date will then be arranged with you for approved installers to template for your granite and confirm final specifications. At this point they will arrange a date for fitting which is generally around a week later.
• Your granite worktops will be cut to template specifications and then dry assembled in our workshop to ensure quality throughout.
• After installation of your granite worktops is completed to your satisfaction we will then take balance of payment.
